Payments
When you’ve chosen your Questan Golden Retriever puppy and are ready to move forward, a minimum deposit of $300 is required to hold your puppy, or you may choose to make full payment.
We understand that purchasing a Golden Retriever puppy is a meaningful decision, and we’re happy to offer flexible payment plans that work for both parties—as long as the full purchase price is paid before pick-up or delivery.
Please note: once your deposit is received and your name is added to the reservation list, deposits are only refundable if your chosen puppy is not made available to you. If you change your mind or fail to complete payment for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited. The only exception is if a written agreement is obtained and a refund is approved by us due to extenuating circumstances.
If, for any reason, your selected puppy becomes unavailable from the current litter, your deposit can be applied toward a puppy of equal quality from a future litter. If there’s a price difference, the buyer will be responsible for the balance.
All of our puppies come with:

If your puppy is shipped by ground or air, we also include a travel crate, health certificate, and starter food and water for their journey.
Shipping
You are welcome to pick up your puppy in person or meet us at a designated location within 70 miles of our home. Visits are available on weekends by appointment only.
If travel isn’t convenient, we offer safe and reliable shipping options to ensure your puppy arrives home comfortably. All puppies must be at least 8 weeks old before leaving for their new homes.
Ground Shipping
Ground transportation is an excellent option, especially during warmer months or for owners who prefer not to use air travel. We partner with a professional, licensed pet transport company that delivers nationwide.
Your puppy will travel in an air-conditioned van or truck, with regular stops for food, water, and potty breaks. We provide the shipping crate, food, and water, and shipping costs vary depending on your location and the transport company’s rates.
Air Transportation
We have safely shipped many of our Golden Retriever puppies across the U.S. and Canada with excellent results. We use United Airlines’ PetSafe Program, which provides a climate-controlled, pressurized environment for safe travel.
Features of the PetSafe Program include:
- Pets travel in temperature-controlled, pressurized compartments.
- 24-hour PetSafe support desk available.
- Confirmed booking and online tracking from departure to arrival.
- Climate-controlled holding and transfer areas.
- Pets are the last loaded and first unloaded for maximum comfort.
- Handled in climate-controlled vehicles during transfers if temperatures exceed 85°F (29.5°C).
Your puppy is hand-delivered and fully escorted by a trained Puppy Nanny to ensure their safety.
Standard air shipping ranges from $150 – $350, and shipping vouchers may be available for discounted rates.
VIP Air Transportation
Our most popular option—VIP Hand Delivery—offers total peace of mind. One of our trusted Puppy Nannies will personally fly with your puppy and deliver them right to your doorstep.
This premium service ensures your Golden Retriever is cared for every moment of the journey.
VIP delivery is available for $400.
